At that level, coaching is indeed much more about holding space for the coachee's own transformation and growth process rather than just listening and asking questions. For me, the TPLC has also been about internal "cleaning" and finding new levels of personal maturity.

This online programme with Alan Seale came at the right moment for me. Over the past few years, I had read a lot of Alan's work, but these sessions brought his teachings to life. This was a whole new level of experiential learning for me. Zoom did not get in the way, quite on the contrary I would say. During the exercises you could choose to turn the camera off. I felt free to experiment with posture, movement. Whatever I needed to get clarity on my chosen topics.
It was very private and yet you could feel you were guided and supported by someone who can hold the space for you.
In breakout sessions, we then talked about what had come to our awareness during the exercise, what we learned. Suddenly, there were words for the embodied experience — it was shared and thus reinforced.
Amazingly, we never felt compelled to talk about the issue itself, just our discoveries and the process. It will take months to compost all that I learned. The course is a gift that will keep giving. Master of Finance A rigorous, hands-on program that prepares adaptive problem solvers for premier finance careers. Over the past 10 years the Leadership programme has seen students graduate and complete social action projects for the benefit of their local communities.
Each year the students from each school spend the first months of the programme devising ideas and plans for their projects; in the months of April — May the students deliver their projects, which are then evaluated and presented at the last Seminar.
A showcase is further prepared for the Graduation Ceremony, which takes place at the end of the Academic year in the presence of partners, supporters, parents and all the 80 Graduating students. The benefits of the programme become truly apparent at the Graduation Ceremony; here, the students are able to stand on stage and present their achievements, whilst also critically reflect about the challenges they faced in working with each other and the partner organisations.
Every year, the projects are incredibly impressive, there are well-crafted educational components delivered to the target audience in school or to the partner organisations , and often fundraisers provide much needed support with the use of crowdfunding to the partners engaged.
